J-Core Ultra Light Compound

At less than five pounds per gallon, J-Core is lighter that most filled polyesters. Despite its low weight, it has excellent physical properties that allow agressive material substitutions to be made that can save material cost, weight and labor. Aray's extensive experience with its Ceramic Pourable Compound results in very low exotherms when J-Core is used in substantial masses. Improved part cosmetics is just one of the benefits of this feature. The pourable viscosity aids application, entraps less air and in many cases, can reduce material usage.
